Shipping & Returns
For our customers benefit, we have adopted a simple $6.95 flat-rate shipping policy for domestic orders. We will ship your entire order to your provided US address, regardless of number of items ordered (or the weight of those items). We will select a courier service based on a variety of factors, including delivery address, speed of transport, tracking services available, reliability, and transportation cost. Most flat-rate shipping orders will be sent via ground transportation service.
We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days, and can generally ship most orders within 24 hours.
Expedited shipping options are available for a reasonable fee. The additional cost of expedited shipping services will be presented to you during the Checkout process.
Please be advised that if a customer directs us to ship an order to an International address, the customer is solely responsible for payment of all custom duties and taxes. Simply LED Bulbs is not responsible for payment of any custom duties, nor taxes. We cannot control the reliability of shipping services outside of the United States, the customer assumes all risk associated with international shipping.
Simply LED Bulbs makes no representation that the products we sell are compatible with the electrical services provided by your local power company. The customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the lighting products purchased.
Every shipment we send out will contain a Delivery Confirmation Number. Once the carrier has provided us confirmation of delivery, we will consider this to be proof the package was delivered. If you wish to dispute the delivery of a package, you must file a claim with the carrier, not us. We will gladly provide you with the confirmation number upon request.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to faulty or incomplete address information which you provide to us during the Checkout process.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to return a product to us for a full refund (or exchange), you may do so within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice, and the product packaging materials must be intact and undamaged. All products being returned for refund (or exchange) must be in resalable condition, and must not show signs of wear, alteration, nor neglect. If all of these conditions are met, we will promptly issue a refund in the same manner of payment used to make the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If we inadvertantly shipped you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping expense. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to us for any other reason.
