May I place an order over the phone?
Of course, just give us a call Monday through Saturday at (575) 770-8149, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (Mountain time), and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please have a major credit card available when you call.
I don't have a credit credit, how do I order?
We gladly accept Paypal, Western Union, Money Orders, and personal or corporate business checks.
If paying by check or money order, place the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart, then enter your address including zip code to get shipping options.

Be sure to include a list of the items you wish to order (and quantities), along with your preferred shipping address. Once your check has cleared, we will ship your order.

If you wish to pay with funds in your PayPal account, you may use our online Checkout system, simply click on the PayPal logo which can be found on the View Cart page.
Does Simply LED Bulbs sell internationally?
Yes, we are pleased to do business with our international clients. We accept credit card payments for orders based on our established relationship with you, we reserve the right to require additional means of identification or advance cash payment if we deem it prudent. We also accept Bank Cheques, Cashier's Checks, and International Money Orders as payment. All checks must be payable in US Dollars. Please make checks payable to our parent company: Playing Cards and More, LLC. We will ship your order once we are satisfied your check has cleared the banking system.
Our prices DO NOT include any custom duties, import/export surcharges, nor taxes. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any and all such charges which may be necessary for you to receive your order. We will attempt to ship your order by the most dependable means; however, we cannot guarantee delivery once your order leaves the United States. The customer assumes the risk associated with international shipping.
Does Simply LED Bulbs warranty the bulbs we sell?
Absolutely. We want you to be 100% satisfied. If any LED product we ship you is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with a similar product at our expense. We offer extended warranty protection for a nominal fee. In most cases, the manufacturer will offer a 5 year warranty against defects at no extra charge.
Does Simply LED Bulbs charge sales tax?
We are located in the state of New Mexico; therefore, we are required by law to charge New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax on all orders shipped to addresses within New Mexico. No sales tax is currently charged on orders shipped outside New Mexico.
